We're Back!!!! For now....

So I know you were all on the edge of your seats while waiting for our computer to be returned and our classes to be over and everything else that is happeneing so that we will finish the story, but that is another story! Grrrrrr! I am agog with curiosity to find out if the princess survived the prince's cooking! So I will continue the story immediately. After the shopping expedition, it was back to the castle where the prince straight away started cooking. Soon the succulent aroma of barbequed hamburgers filled the air. The princess coud barely contain her excitement as her stomach growled with hunger. As the prince put the burgers, bread, tomatoes and ketchup on the table, the princess couldn't help but smile. She was so excited to eat that she barely waited for the prince to sit down. She prepared her hamburger and took the first bite....As she chewed she realized that the prince had poisoned her after all! It was no ordinary poison that was disguised as a delicious dinner! No! It was a love potion! But the princess was not about to give in so fast... She stayed strong... Sorry I will never get this story finished!Grrr to all interuptions that turn into time consuming, blog stopping problems! TO be continued again

Was it worth it?

So I am back..... Due to an unforseen computer breakage, we have had a small timeout from the story. I will resume when we are in possession of our comp. once again. Just as a hold over, I will tell you a smidgen of the interrupted story. The next night the princess, her two sisters, and Hank (or was his name Frank?) went on a journey to see a wonderful pagent and the Mississippi River. While there was cell phone coverage, the prince and princess were texting, texting, texting.... Each text he received helped him realize how spectacular the princess really was... But since her kingdom was so far away, he spent most of his time TRYING to convince himself she wasn't that great.
With the princess's great skills she was ablt to convince the prince that he should cook for her. So the next night they met at the romantic wally world where they proceeded to shop for propane. Due to the unorganized nature of the store, this was a far more difficult task than it should have been. But neither our hero nor our heroine minded the time spent together....
Next post will tell you if they survived the Princes's cooking. DUNDUNDUN---- Was it a feast or a fiasco? Stay tuned to find out!!!

A pause in the story...

I interupt this broadcast to report some breaking news from Hoffman Estates, Illinois! Well that breaking news is FLOODS! Floods FLoods Every where! Due to Hurricane Ike, we are almost completely under water! Well not that completely.... There was enough unpuddly groung for us to go on a frog hunting date. It was quite entertaining and educational....The frogs were tiny and the earth worms were HUGE! I thought the worms were going to eat the frogs! (I was going to mail a frog to Riki Ann, just to save it's little life, but Jason wouldn't let me...)
We also decided to go flood chasing. That was fun... I am attatching some photos of what we found. They were taken with my lousy phone, so I hope you can see them!

Part Two or It was worth the wait!

THe prince asked the princess, over text of course, if she would like to "hang out" the next day. She was no fool, so she agreed. The next day, while he was working hard and she was not, she thought about him.... a little. But that was only because they spent the day texting. The prince was so stunned by how cool the princess was that he was unable to formulate a good hang out plan. Therefore he asked the princess if she had any good ideas. Well of course the amazing princess had a spectacular idea! She suggested firefly hunting.
Due to the fact that neither the prince, now the princess had ever been firefly hunting, they forgot to borrow jars from the princess's sister (who we will call sis). They were forced to buy bottles of apple sauce and drink as much as they could before they dumped the rest behind a tree.
Meanwhile, sis went to a nearby kingdom to pick up yet another sister (who we will call Ter) from the airport. Ter was followed by a friend we will call Hank.
Meanwhile the prince and princess were walking down a dark path surrounded by trees looking for fireflies. He would not even hold her hand! She was paranoid that she smelled funny or something and he, well he was oblivious to the fact that she thought he was pretty darn nifty. After being amazed be the princess's firefly hunting skills, the prince dropped her off at Sis's house, where he proceeded to hand her both bug jars and give her a half hug! Do you believe it? The princess didn't... Well it is time to sign off, but once again please stay tuned. It will most likely be worth it.

Where to begin?

Due to the overwhelming requests I have received for a blog about me (oh yea and Jason), I have finally caved in and created one. Too bad my life isn't interesting and I have no great stories... Guess I will have to make some up... Where to start? Hmmmm how about many, many years ago when, Nope that's not interesting. How about later when... Nope I guess that doesn't work either. Um okay here is one --- Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess named, well her name doesn't matter. She had more princes chasing her than she could count, but she still wasn't married. One day she was sent to a far away land to attend a very important conference. While she was there, she decided to visit her sister who lived in the same far way land that the conference was being held in. The princess and her sister went to a party with a bunch of their friends. Everyone was playing board games, but the princess. So one of her friends decided to call a prince to come and keep her company. He didn't know how beautiful the princess was, and therefore he did not want to come to the party. But because of the promise of food, he caved and deciced to attend. He was given every oppurtunity to ask for the princess's number and insisted on denying her. Finally after almost every one else had left, he asked for the number and left as well. Almost immediately upon departure he texted the princess. . . . More to come. Be patient while I create the rest of the story, it will be worth it... Hopefully!
